At Gisou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your honey-infused beauty routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your unused, unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method once inspected.
